Jeeppi ei tunnu lämpenevän pakkasilla, vaihdoin ylävesiletkun juuressa olevan termarin ilman tulosta, näissä on ilmeisesti toinenkin termari jossain, tietääkö joku missä?

No ei oo ainakaan varaosakuvien mukaan. Kukas väittää että olis toinen??

Mulla KJ termari juminu auki ni asentelin Renault 5 termarin ylävesiletkuun. Sitä saa 2 eri lämpötilalla. Tuolla ulkomaan foorumeilla ovat käyttäneet jo pidempään moista patenttia.

Versio 1 83c lämpötila
Versio 2 89c lämpötila

Kumpikin malli maksaa 6,90eur ja ainaki dieselin ylävesiletkuun menee hyvin ja laitoin tuon ohuemman pään moottoriin päin ja moottorin puoleiseen päähän letkua.

Nouseeko koneen lämmöt kohdalleen? Näissä o monella menny kenno tukkoon mitä noita foorumeita selaillu. Ei tuuppaa sisälle lämmintä.

Joo, tutustuin tarkemmin, noissa patriot ym uudemmissa 2.4:ssa on 2 termaria, ei näissä vanhoissa taida olla. Siis tässä ei enää nouse mittari jostain syystä puoliväliin kuten se on ennen noussut vaikka syylari on peitetty. Kyllä tuolla tarkenee mutta tuon E85 kanssa läträtessä olisi hyvä saada öljytkin lämpimäksi kondenssin hävittämiseksi.

When the Engine is cold and both the primary and secondary thermostats are closed. The coolant will circulate through the engine, heater system, and the bypass. The cooling system has no flow through the radiator
As the engine warms up, the primary thermostat will start to open at 82 °C ( 179 °F). Coolant will start to flow through the radiator and the internal transmission cooler. The primary thermostat will fully open at 95 °C (203 °F).
The secondary thermostat will start to open at 95 °C (203 °F). This will increase the coolant flow through the cylinder block and cylinder head and the radiator. The secondary thermostat will fully open at 110 °C (230 °F).


Here are the two procedures:
Primary Stat:
1. Partially drain cooling system (Refer to 7 - COOLING - STANDARD PROCEDURE).
2. Remove air filter housing.
3. Disconnect coolant hose (1) from inlet housing (2).
4. Remove inlet housing bolts (3).
5. Remove thermostat assembly, and clean sealing surfaces.

Secondary Stat:
1. Partially drain cooling system. (Refer to 7 - COOLING - STANDARD PROCEDURE).
2. Remove air filter housing .
3. Disconnect coolant hoses (1) from rear of coolant adapter (2).
4. Remove radiator hose (3).
5. Remove radiator hose (4) from front of coolant adapter (2).
6. Remove coolant adapter mounting bolts.
7. Carefully slide coolant adapter off water pump inlet tube and remove coolant adapter (2) and secondary thermostat.

KJ:n 2.4 ja Patriotin 2.4 ei oo edes sama kone, niillä ei oo mitään yhteistä. KJ remmikone, Patriot ketjukone... Ei voi mitenkään käyttää vertailuna...
